On November 19th, 2018 in the occasion of the official opening in Japan of the “Week of the Italian Cuisine in the World”, at the Italian Embassy with the presence of the Italian Ambassador in Japan H.E. Giorgio Starace, was held the annual special event of promotion of “Made in Italy” organized by 100ITA.

2018年11月19日在“全球意大利美食周”活动期间,100ITA在意大利驻日本领事馆举办了“意大利制造”年度宣传活动,意大利驻日大使H.E. Giorgio Starace参加了此次活动。

 

Cristiano Fagioli (100ITA CEO) and his team of 92 people created an event to share with them both the culture of the best “Made in Italy” food and wine and the real Italian life style. Thanks to the creations of Michelin Starred Chefs Stefano Ghetta (restaurant L’Chimpl De Tamion in Trento), Giuseppe Molaro (restaurant Sensi di Heinz Beck in Tokyo), Luigi Nastri (restaurant Stazione di Posta in Rome), thanks to the amazing big bottles of wines of Avignonesi, Tua Rita, CastelGiocondo, Tenuta Sette Ponti, Bortolomiol and Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara (in some case made in unique edition only for this event) and thanks to an incredible oversized fresh Extra White Truffles (Tuber Magnatum Pico, the most expensive truffle in the world) Sponsored by La Madia Regale, the event was memorable.

Probably the most expensive Italian tasting ever realized in all over the world, it was inspired and designed based on the 5 more important “components of the Life and human being” magisterially interpreted into 5 dishes by the Italian starred chefs: Aria (Air in Italian), Metallo (Metal in Italian), Acqua (Water in Italian), Luce (Light in Italian) and Amore (Love in Italian); in fact if group the first letter of every word the result will be AMALA that means “Love it”, referred to the life.

这可能是世界上最昂贵的味觉体验,它的灵感和设计源于“生命和人类”的5个重要的组成部分。每一道菜都体现了:Aria(意大利语:空气),Metallo(意大利语:金属),Acqua(意大利语:水),Luce(意大利语:光)和Amore(意大利语:爱);事实上,如果把每个单词的第一个字母组合起来,它就是“爱”。

 

Wines were introduces by the 3 most important and Italian wines experts Sommeliers in Japan: Isao Miyajima, Kazuo Naito and Shigeru Hayashi.

50 carefully selected guests have enjoyed this incredible Emotional Tasting Gala Dinner event made also special thanks to the contribute of some of the most important Italian Companies like Ferrari, Frescobaldi, Lamborghini, Maserati, Viola, … and many others.
