What do you think of the changes in China's high-end hotel market in 2019? How does your hotel deal with these changes?
Feng：2019年中国的高端酒店业仍然持续的增长，竞争日趋激烈，面对竞争激烈的市场环境，西双版纳悦椿温泉度假酒店更加注重客人的体验，不断提升对客服务水平，结合酒店所在的自然环境优势（人类宜居1200米海拔、高达3000+每立方厘米的负氧离子含量、天然氟化偏硅酸温泉），搭配悦椿SPA、健康食材以及养生设备（中药熏蒸）等，打造更加完善的康养度假酒店。
The number of China’s high-end hotel increased steadily in year 2019 with increasingly fierce competition. Angsana Xishuangbanna paid more attention to customer experience, focused on the guest service. How does the downturn of global economic affect the operation of high-end hotels? What should the hotel industry do?
Feng：全球经济下行在一定程度上面会影响部分企业的出行、会议等方面对高端酒店的需求。但随着经济、社会的发展，旅行、亲子出游等成为大部分国人的刚需，酒店业应该结合自身优势（软硬件设施设备等）争取更多的旅行客人。
The downturn of global economic affect the demand for travel and meetings of some enterprise. With the development of society and economics, travel and family trip become the rigid demand for Chinese. High-end hotel should use the advantage to attract those guests.
T&L：您认为过去一年酒店业在服务创新、管理创新、科技创新等方面有哪些值得关注的案列？
What cases do you think the hotel industry should pay attention to in terms of service innovation, management innovation, science and technology innovation in the past year?

Feng：2019年酒店荣获年度精选度假酒店以及甄选悦活养生酒店奖项，针对旅行度假、亲子出游的客人，酒店准备了丰富的活动，每周五、周六的富有民族风情的篝火打跳活动、孔雀放飞活动、茶园观光体验采茶制茶等深受客人一致好评。
Angsana Xishuangbanna won two awards in year 2019, the best resort hotel and wellness hotel. In the year of 2019, Angsana Xishuangbanna provided various activities for guests, such as bonfire party, watching peacock fly, making tea experience etc. which get the guest unanimous praise.

What are the priorities of your hotel in 2020? Do you have any special plans or ideas?
Feng：2020年西双版纳悦椿温泉度假酒店在坚持打造康养度假酒店的同时预计承接更多的会议团队，利用西双版纳勐海当地独有的优势：普洱茶文化（中国普洱茶第一县）、民族文化（傣族、哈尼族）、天然的环境优势、悦椿温泉等，吸引更多的中高端公司奖励旅游、经销商会议等。
Angsana Xishuangbanna will focus on high-end meeting group reception by using our unique selling points, Pu’er tea culture, minority culture, environment, hot spring etc.
T&L：2020年您个人有什么样的旅行计划？您个人选择酒店的标准是什么？
What are your personal travel plans for 2020? What is your personal standard when you choose a hotel?
Feng：2020年在工作之余会更多的带家人出去旅行，我个人在选择酒店的时候除了酒店品牌之外会额外考虑便利性、是否有更多的供小朋友玩耍的场所。
In year 2020 will travel with my family. When I choose the hotel, beside the brand, I will consider the convenience and facility for kids.
