Eddie Leong Appointed as Chinese Restaurant Executive Chef of The St. Regis Qingdao

近日,青岛瑞吉酒店任命Eddie Leong沈锦良先生为酒店宴庭中餐厅行政总厨,他将全面负责餐厅及宴会厨房的日常运营及出品管理工作。
In May 2024, The St. Regis Qingdao appointed Mr. Eddie Leong as Chinese Restaurant Executive Chef, who will be responsible for the overall daily management and production operation of Food and Beverages in Chinese Restaurant Kitchen.

1998年,出身于厨房世家的Chef Eddie,在马来西亚开始了他的餐饮职业生涯,入行之初便师从世界级名厨梁兆基与梁志贤,并先后任职于卓美亚、希尔顿、雅高及万豪国际等集团品牌,足迹遍布迪拜、新加坡、中国香港、深圳、上海等地的奢华酒店,其中包含多家米其林一星级餐厅及黑珍珠背景餐厅,屡获国际国内权威餐饮大奖殊荣。多年深耕经验则使得他在国际视野之下,拥有娴熟的厨房管理技巧及菜品创新能力。
Chef Eddie, who was born in a chef family, started his catering career in Malaysia from 1998. At the beginning of his career, he studied under world-class chefs Zhaoji Liang and Zhixian Liang. Fulfilling relevant roles in Jumeirah, Hilton, Accor and Marriott International Group before, He played a part in luxury hotels in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai, including Michelin-starred restaurants and black pearl background restaurants, and has won numerous international and domestic cuisine awards, attributed to his rich experiences with F&B operation and management.

With superb culinary skills and extraordinary creativity, Chef Eddie is expert at choosing high-quality local ingredients, blending local characteristics with cooking skills of Cantonese cuisine, integrating the concept of healthy diet with traditional Cantonese cuisine.

此次履新前,Chef Eddie任职于上海艾迪逊酒店的粤味厨艺总监,因其出色的工作能力,使得粤味中餐厅三度蝉联米其林指南入选餐厅,成为沪上粤式餐饮的标杆存在。
Before this new career, he worked as the Director of Culinary - Canton Disco in The Shanghai Edition. Canton Disco has rewarded the third consecutive year of Michelin Selected Restaurant under the leadership of Chef Eddie.

加入青岛瑞吉酒店后,Chef Eddie将带领中餐厨房团队,以专业热忱的非凡出品,呈献出粤菜与山东创意菜相结合的焕新招牌菜单,为岛城名流雅士带来精致优雅的饮宴体验。
