You will be served a range of mouth-watering authentic Thai dishes by local foodie legends like roasted pork neck and stir- fried minced pork with basil, etc., prepared by the culinary team of the St. Regis Beijing.
打抛猪肉碎

Of these dishes, Tom Yam Gong soup, known as Thailand's "national soup", uses fresh ingredients such as live shrimps and shell fish imported from Thailand. The stir-fried crab with special Thai sauce, mixing spicy, sweet, salty and sour flavours, is also a pleasure for diners. Other dishes served during the promotional period include green curry chicken, shrimp and glass noodle salad, and steamed perch with lime, as well as fresh fruits and Thai style desserts.
