The Corner Bistro, Bar & Deli concept was developed by the hotel team, led by our General Manager whose passion is based on over 30 years in food and beverage. Henrik has extensive experience leading kitchen teams in Iconic Michelin starred restaurants and hotels in the UK, Europe and Australia and maintains abreast of international food trends as cooking is still his first love in the industry.

The menu is unconstrained by themes and focuses on simple yet well executed food using local seasonal ingredients, with our central kitchen and stone base oven, Turkish pide will be among our signature dishes along side our roast of the day. Recipes and dishes have been developed with a broad range of tastes and influences to provide something for everyone, with an eye on tradition and combination of innovative ideas. The Deli counter will offer a great range of simple salads, cold cuts and charcuterie as well as made to order sandwiches. Also on offer a range of cakes and pastries and take away beverage options.
