在他的早期职业生涯中,他曾在海外酒店求职工作,凭着对烹饪的热爱和精益求精的态度,专注研究西餐烹制。后又在南京索菲特钟山高尔夫酒店、大连凯宾斯基酒店、迪庆香格里拉酒店、广州四季酒店等多家五星级酒店任职,一步又一步练就自己精湛的厨艺。同时,邓强先生曾带领团队参与国际峰会宴席制作,凭借丰富的经验及深厚的厨艺知识,研制备受赞赏的美食。
In his early career, he has overseas work experience focuses on cooking western food. Then he has worked in Sofitel Nanjing Zhongshan Golf, Kempinski Hotel Dalian, Shangri-La Hotel Diqing, Four Season Guangzhou and etc. He also took part in serving signature International Summit, and got highly appreciation with a wealth of cuisine experience and cooking skills.
