昆明索菲特大酒店新任命

昆明索菲特大酒店荣幸地宣布任命穆罕默德先生为行政助理经理(负责餐饮),与此同时,穆罕默德先生将继续担任雅高集团大中华区区域行政总厨一职,负责大中华区酒店餐饮业务的运营支持。

Sofitel Kunming is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohammad Ali Kunhi as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Food & Beverage. In his new role, mO will be responsible for all aspects from business strategy to services and operations of the hotel’s culinary departments. At the same time mO will continue to retain his role as Regional Executive Chef Operations Support responsible for collaborating Food & Beverage operations within Accor Greater China.

昆明索菲特大酒店荣幸地宣布任命穆罕默德先生为行政助理经理(负责餐饮),在新的职位上,他将全面负责酒店餐饮部门从业务战略到服务和运营的所有方面。与此同时,穆罕默德先生将继续担任雅高集团大中华区区域行政总厨一职,负责大中华区酒店餐饮业务的运营支持。

Bringing over 28 years of experience within the hospitality industry with a focus on Food & Beverage for various International Luxury Chain Hotels, including Fairmont, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and Atlantis, just to name a few. His footprint spreads across the Middle East, Europe, Asia Pacific include here in Greater China for six years.

穆罕默德先生拥有超过28年的酒店行业经验,专注于国际奢华品牌酒店的餐饮业务,曾在费尔蒙、四季、丽思卡尔顿及亚特兰蒂斯等多家酒店任职。他的足迹遍及中东、欧洲和亚太地区,并在大中华区有着六年的工作经历。

Growing up in a family with both parents as chefs and restaurant owners, giving mO his biggest blessings to what he is in today. Together with his hands-on management and operational experience in Food and Beverage, the multi-award winner excels in his profession and seen as one of the most passionate F&B experts in the industry.

穆罕默德先生成长于餐饮世家,他的父母都是厨师及餐厅经营者,这样的成长环境对于他今天的成就是莫大的眷顾,加上他在餐饮方面的实际管理和运营经验,穆罕默德先生屡获殊荣并不断超越自我,雕琢精益求精的专业技能,被视为业内最具热情的餐饮从业者之一。

“I feel energetic to take on this new role. What I want to be focusing on is to enhance the guest satisfaction level as well as driving the talented Chefs across hotels within my area of responsibility include Sofitel Kunming as my priority,” said mO. “The culinary experience in Sofitel Kunming has always been setting a benchmark that excites the city. Together with the team I look forward to stay ahead of the curve, leading everyone in the team to bring innovative thoughts and unique perspective of their own areas of strengths to create the vibes, which is particularly important in times of adversity.”

穆罕默德先生表示:“对于新的角色我感觉充满活力。我的工作重点将是提高客人的满意度,并在职责范围内,推动包括昆明索菲特大酒店在内的大中华区酒店有才华的厨师们的发展。昆明索菲特大酒店的餐饮一直处于当地的标杆位置,并且激发着这个城市对于美食的探索。和团队一起,我期待在市场上继续保持领先地位,带领每位成员发挥创新思维以及各自的专长,为市场增添活力,这在困难的时期尤为重要。”

Originated from Singapore, mO masters multiple languages from English, Bahasa, Tamil, Arabic to Mandarin. mO has recently completed Hospitality Management from Cornell University.  Prior to his new appointment, he was Executive Chef of Sofitel Kunming as well as Regional Executive Chef for Accor Greater China since 2016.

穆罕默德先生来自新加坡,精通包括英语、印尼语、泰米尔语、阿拉伯语和普通话在内的多种语言。他最近还完成了康奈尔大学的酒店管理课程。在此新任命之前,穆罕默德先生曾担任昆明索菲特大酒店的行政总厨一职,同时自2016年起担任雅高集团大中华区区域行政总厨。
