Contemporary Art Series By Hong Kong Local Millennial Artists at The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel
廖讳衡作品“艾未未” /“Ai Wei Wei” by Ticko Liu
香港柏宁铂尔曼酒店于2016年9月启动了“艺术家的游乐场”项目，展示来自奥地利、美国、中国大陆和香港艺术家的多场艺术展览。随着香港艺术家吴森知（Tristan Ng Sum Chi）带来的“Into the Groove”展览之后，三名香港本地千禧一代艺术家在今年夏天于酒店大堂酒廊EBB&FLOW展示他们的创意艺术作品。
The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, launched the Artist Playground initiative in September 2016, holding various art exhibitions of artist from Austria, USA, China and Hong Kong. Following the exhibition "Into the Groove" by Hong Kong artists Tristan Ng Sum Chi, three local millennial artists were selected to showcase their creative art pieces in Ebb & Flow this summer as part of the exhibition.
目前的“艺术家的游乐场”展览包括新一代本地艺术家朱丽晴(Liane)、周凯蓉(Jennifer)和廖讳衡(Ticko)的作品，旨在展示对于艺术的探索。这些艺术作品直观再现了每一位艺术家对于日常生活、个人经历以及社会问题的独到刻画与见解。这三位艺术家与香港居民有着相同的文化背景和经历，与大家产生共鸣。
The current Artist Playground programme comprises of painting explorations by new generation of local artists Liane Chu, Jennifer Chow and Ticko Liu. The art pieces are visual display of sensational memories of the individual artists’ daily life, personal experiences and their views on social issues. The three local millennial artists shared the same cultural background and experiences which resonated with the residences of Hong Kong.

About the artists
朱丽晴(Liane)曾定居于香港、上海和纽约，喜爱游历各国以丰富其艺术学识。本次展出的“More Than Passion”系列以“爱”为主题，利用抽象融合现实艺术的方法来传达爱的信息。她的作品曾于纽约艺术展、法国罗浮宫卡鲁塞尔艺术坊以及Affordable Art Fair（香港）等地展出。
Liane Chu has lived in Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York while traveling to different countries to pursue her knowledge in Arts. The collection “More Than Passion” explores the theme of love, abstract mix and expressionist painting style to convey her message. Liane had exhibited her work in New York Art Expo, ArtShopping au Carrousel du Louvre and Affordable Art Fair.
周凯蓉(Jennifer)毕业于香港艺术学院，擅长油画、丙烯、素描、粉彩和陶器。她的作品运用强烈色彩来表达新一代的深度思维。周曾经于Affordable Art Fair（新加坡）、Geneyclee Gallery等亚洲画廊展出作品。
Jennifer Chow, a graduate from Hong Kong Art School specialized in oil painting, acrylic, sketching, pastel as well as pottery. Her works explore new generation mindset in depth through the use of vibrant colours. Jennifer has previously participated at the Affordable Art Fair Singapore, Geneyclee Gallery and various galleries around Asia.
廖讳衡(Ticko)现就读于香港浸会大学，主修视觉艺术系。他从童年经历、儿童故事书和社会时事中汲取灵感，并采用灯光和色彩诉说自己的故事。他曾参展Affordable Art Fair（香港），并在香港举办个人作品展。
Ticko Liu is currently studying at Baptist University of Hong Kong majoring visual arts. He draws inspiration from his childhood experiences, children story books and social issues. He uses light and colours to encapsulate his stories. Ticko has participated at the Affordable Art Fair Hong Kong and held a solo exhibition in Hong Kong.

Pullman Shanghai Jing An Launched “Splendid Shanghai” Photo Exhibition
“璀璨上海”系列，由麦欣创作 /“Splendid Shanghai” by Max Mai
近期，由澳洲独立摄影师麦欣拍摄的“璀璨上海”系列作品在上海静安铂尔曼酒店大堂以及行政酒廊展出，这也是铂尔曼“艺术家的游乐场”在该酒店的第二期展览。
The photo series of "Splendid Shanghai", specially created by independent photographer Max Mai from Australia, is currently exhibited in the lobby and Executive Lounge at Pullman Shanghai Jing An, as part of the hotel’s second edition of the Pullman Artist Playground series.
“璀璨上海”系列结合超广角、慢快门与特殊角度，体现出这座摩登不夜城的绚烂色彩与不眠不休的繁华景象。
“Splendid Shanghai” showcases photos using a combination of wide angle lens, slow shutter speed and unique angle to create a modern, splendid and ever resting megacity.
艺术家简介
About the artist
麦欣12岁开始起学习摄影，从手动胶片机学起。共有28年的摄影经历，作品多以经典人像、城市、建筑、景观、生活主题为主，以绚丽色彩和独特光影展现平淡生活中的特殊时刻。1999年赴瑞士、美国深造，在美国从事商业摄影工作。2002年回国后，他成立了自己的摄影工作室。
Max Mai shared his interest in photography when he was 12 using an original film camera. He has 28 years of photography experience in shooting classic portrait, city, architecture, landscape and life photos through the use of unique colours and special lighting effect to create the unique moments from an ordinary life. In 1999, he went to Switzerland and USA for further studies and worked as a commercial photographer whilst he was there. Upon returning to China in 2002, Max established his own photography studio.
