福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店宾客关系经理朱旭飞接受中国金钥匙授徽

2017年8月28日,中国金钥匙在福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店举行金钥匙授徽仪式。

2017828日,中国金钥匙在福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店举行金钥匙授徽仪式。中国金钥匙主席助理韩华先生出席仪式,并为福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店宾客关系经理朱旭飞先生授予由国际金钥匙组织颁发的金钥匙徽章。福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店由此成为福州少数拥有金钥匙礼宾认证的酒店之一。

On 28 August 2017, the Golden Keys China Membership Award Ceremony was held at Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou. The Chief Operating Officer of Golden Key International Alliance China Region, Mr Henry Han, attended the ceremony and awarded the gold keys membership badge to Mr Steven Zhu, who is the Guest Relations Manager of Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou. 

据了解,“金钥匙”是国际酒店业代表最高水准服务的标志,1929年开始由一个设在法国巴黎的民间协会负责颁发,如今已经成为全球酒店业的一个标准。从接待订房,安排车辆,联系导游,协助购买车、船、机票,预订餐厅等,全面满足宾客的各种个性化需求。“金钥匙”的认证要求非常严格,需要具备至少五年以上酒店从业经验,至少掌握一门外语,且通过国际金钥匙组织中国区的正规服务培训。

"Golden Keys" is known as a symbol of the highest-level service in the international hospitality industry. It is issued by a non-governmental association started in 1929 in Paris, and now it has become a global standard. From the room and restaurant reservation, vehicle arrangement to tour guide and tickets assistant, it aims to fully satisfy the various personalised needs of the guests. The requirements of "Golden Keys" are very strict: one needs to have at least five years' experience in the hospitality industry, to have mastered at least one foreign language, and to have adopted the formal service training of Golden Keys China.

朱旭飞先生曾先后在西安、太原、北京的凯宾斯基酒店任职,拥有丰富的礼宾工作经验,他坚持秉承凯宾斯基欧式奢华的专业待客之道,尽其所能地为宾客提供帮助,让宾客拥有愉悦的体验。通过参加国际金钥匙组织的专业培训及8年凯宾斯基礼宾工作的实战经验,他将带领福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店礼宾团队呈现完美表现。

Mr Steven Zhu has worked at Kempinski hotels in Xi 'an, Taiyuan and Beijing over past eight years and gained rich experience in the concierge service during the journey and insists on following through the Kempinski hospitality with European luxury traditions. By taking part in the professional training of the International Golden Keys Organisation, Steven will lead his team of Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou to present the beautiful performance.

福州泰禾凯宾斯基酒店总经理温克立先生表示,很荣幸我们的员工能够获得酒店业界权威机构的认可,这不仅是个人荣誉,也代表了酒店更有义务与责任为宾客们提供更为专业与个性化的服务。

General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou Mr Christian Whiendieck said, "Our employee is well deserved to gain recognition from a professional authority. While this is not only a personal honour, but also represents the fact that our hotel should have more responsibilities and duties to provide a more dedicated service for our guests."

Kempinski Hotel Fuzhou grand opened in May 2016, and is located in a top commercial complex, the Second East Ring Tahoe Plaza. The hotel directly connects to the city's business centre, dining hub, and leisure and entertainment area, and is ten minutes' drive from Fuzhou Railway Station. Recently, a high-end MPV Airport Express between Fuzhou Changle International Airport and the hotel has started to be offered, which direct drive to airport only in 50 minutes, greatly facilitating the trip of the hotel guests and the surrounding residents.
