近日,厦门华尔道夫酒店任命刘恂先生出任行政总厨一职。厦门华尔道夫酒店位于厦门岛中心腹地,作为中国第四家华尔道夫品牌酒店将于2020年第四季度开业。
Robert Liu has been appointed as Executive Chef of Waldorf Astoria Xiamen recently. Waldorf Astoria Xiamen set to open by Q4 2020, it will be the 4th Waldorf Astoria in China situates at the heart of Xiamen Island.
刘恂先生在厨房领域拥有超过19年的工作经验,先后在高端社会餐厅、柏悦酒店及君悦酒店就职,在香港君悦度的7年时光,学习精湛的厨艺为宾客打造惊艳的美食体验,并积累丰富的奢华品牌餐饮运营及管理经验。在加入厦门华尔道夫酒店之前,刘恂先生在重庆解放碑凯悦酒店担任行政总厨一职,我们相信作为厦门华尔道夫酒店行政总厨,刘恂先生将为酒店的餐饮出品和厨房管理注入全球化视野以及本地风味的结合,带领酒店的精英厨师团队为美食鉴赏家们创造时尚雅致的餐桌艺术,传递令人难忘的餐饮体验。
With over 19 years’ culinary experience in hospitality area, Robert Liu has engaged with different high-end free standing restaurants, Park Hyatt hotel and he spent 7 years with Grand Hyatt Hong Kong to leave him a great leaning and development journey in Hong Kong, where he has proved his skills in managing high –end luxury culinary operations. Prior to Waldorf Astoria Xiamen, Robert was the Executive chef of Hyatt Regency Chongqing. In his new role, Robert will inject a global vision and local favor into the food production and management, leading the hotel’s elite team of chefs to create stylish table art and unforgettable dining experience for connoisseurs.
