The Westin and Aloft Yantai is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Ma as the Director of Operations of the two hotels. Marco will assist the General Manager on the hotels’ pre-opening and the operational management of the two hotels.
怀揣对酒店行业的热忱，马晓光先生于2005年开启酒店职业生涯之旅。在18年的职业旅程中，他先后在凯宾斯基、希尔顿、万豪等多家国际品牌酒店担任高级管理职务，积累了丰富的宾客服务及酒店运营管理经验。在此次履新前，马晓光先生在北京JW万豪酒店担任餐饮总监一职。
With the passion of the hospitality industry, Marco ventured into the hotel industry in 2005. During his 18 years’ career, he has taken senior management positions in many international hotel brands such as Kempinski, Hilton and Marriott, and accumulated rich experience in guests’ service and hotel operational management. Prior to The Westin and Aloft Yantai, Marco worked at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing as Director of Food & Beverage.
