For this winter Yamazato’s Executive Chef – Akira Hayashi and his culinary expects have prepared the Japanese Anglerfish Hot Pot to help you stay warm as cold weather approaches. The Anglerfish is a deep sea fish without scales, caught only in the winter months. It looks quite ferocious with its large mouth and many sharp teeth, but the fish is actually soft and delicious. Anglerfish Hot Pot is popular as it is light and easy to eat. Its soup comes in several variations, with the Dobujiru Fisherman style to be served at Yamazato. Customers selecting this famous dish will enjoy a fresh, sweet flavor while partaking of the best of seafood nutrients.
