JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou & Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin, a complex hotel under Marriott International group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ric Zhong as director of F&B of Hotel. Ric will full in charge of the daily outlet, kitchen and banquet operation of these two hotels.
钟志远先生毕业于新加坡Guild Ford酒店管理学院,并于2005年加入餐饮行业,至今拥有14年从业经验。在加入杭州JW万豪酒店&杭州武林万怡酒店之前,钟至远先生曾先后就职于深圳马哥孛罗好日子酒店,深圳市寿司大餐饮管理有限公司、深圳中洲万豪酒店、深圳前海华侨城JW万豪酒店以及深圳瑞酒店;积累了丰富的餐饮管理经验。 钟志远先生曾在逸香侍酒师培训机构进修,并获得了逸香初极品酒师证书,除此之外,他还参加了英国葡萄酒与烈酒中级培训,并获得了英国葡萄酒与烈酒中级证书。
Ric Zhong graduated from Singapore Guild Ford Hotel Management School. He joined hospitality industry from 2005 which has 14 years FB working experience. Prior to his current position, He has been worked for Marco Polo Hotel Shenzhen; Sushi Da Japanese Restaurant, Shenzhen Marriott Hotel Nanshan, JW Marriott Bao’an Shenzhen and The St. Regis ShenZhen, which he accumulated rich F&B management experience and skills. Ric has been joined the Ease Scent Wine Education Junior Sommelier training which he got EAW junior sommelier certificate. Besides, he also achieved WSET Wine and spirit Education Trust Level 2 certificate.

Ric will adjust the FB operation strategy based on the market trends and customer needs, try to develop a full F&B promotion plan with new F&B product and creative F&B events to attract food lovers, broaden F&B selling channels, and also to increase the F&B reputation of JW Marriott Hotel Hangzhou &Courtyard by Marriott Hangzhou Wulin on the market. Ric is good at time management and efficiency management, with his leads, we believe that he will bring a new F&B vigor to Hotel F&B Team and bring a brand new dining experience to Hangzhou citizen and food lovers.
