上海复旦皇冠假日酒店近日任命吴倩女士为人力资源总监。

吴倩女士在洲际酒店集团有13年的工作经历并与2006年加入上海复旦皇冠假日酒店，她在运营操作，人事培训，人才发展方面担任过系列领导职位并积累了丰富的酒店管理经验。她将凭借其杰出的人力资源管理经验及优秀的团队统筹能力，助力酒店发展人力资源储备并完善员工福利服务工作。

Christine Wu has been appointed as the Director of Human Resources of Crowne Plaza Shanghai Fudan.

Christine has begun her hospitality career with IHG from 2005 and joined in Crowe Plaza Shanghai Fudan since 2006. She is well versed in all aspects of hotel management. Whether it is in running operation, personnel training, or talent development, she all has her own mature and unique insights. On her new role, she will lead hotel’s talent strategy and develop employee benefit system to support hotel’s business plan and deliver IHG employee commitment.
